Hi, my name is Alex. I grew up in Greystones, Co.Wicklow, the last stop on the Dart going south. I have always had this weird obsession with everything visual. To me the world is much more interesting place when their is colour, inspiring designs and unsual visual narratives. The most satisfying feeling to me, even at a young age was creating and producing new visual work which I strove to evoke a response that made people think. Every aspect of my creative vision I analyse and think about the design process. It gives me great enjoyment. My work is a reflection of my interpretation of the world around us and applying this understanding of the visual impact design can have on people. The understanding I have of design is heavily influnced by culture and experiences which are all priceless to me. I am a true believer of thinking through creating. Originality is something which improves our lives in many ways whether it be for the better or worse.
